Tortuga Coffee is dedicated to providing you with great tasting coffee while you support your favorite fundraiser. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your coffee, please contact us at 1-888-894-3603, ext. 10. We will work with you to arrange an exchange for coffee that meets your expectations.

PRIVACY POLICY

Tortuga Coffee is committed to protecting your privacy.

We use the information that we collect about you to process your order. When you order, we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, billing address, (if different from mailing address) credit card number and expiration date. We also ask you to indicate the fundraising group and/or individual that will receive fundraising credit for your purchase. This allows us to process and fulfill your order, notify you of your order status and credit the correct fundraising group.

We protect customer information.

When you place orders, we provide the use of a secure server. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection with your Web browser encrypts the information you input before it is sent to the Web server. We then retrieve all orders using an encrypted SSL connection, ensuring the safety of your personal and credit card information. We do not warehouse credit card numbers on our server and all customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Tortuga Coffee will never sell, trade, share or rent your personal information to others. This information is for our private records only.
